PRIZES
Who is eligible to win Prizes?
Anybody who is a registered member of Street Heist is eligible to win any prize within the game. People employed by Corrupt Interactive Inc. can not win any prize and any monthly draw at Street Heist. This does not include Forum Moderators and/or Administrators.
If I am declared a winner, how long do I have to claim my prize?
Once we have completed our audit and you are declared to have won a prize at Street Heist, you have 30 days from the date of posting to claim your prize. You must then fill out a Prize Claim Form and send in into our office by mail or fax. This process can take anywhere from 30 – 120 days depending on the prize, availability, and shipping with a max term of 6 months. The claim form must be completed for all prizes that have to be shipped and all cash prizes. Credit and Membership prizes are added to your account the following period after you have won the prize unless the credit amount exceeds $100 dollars.
Can the same person win multiple prizes in the same game period?
Unfortunately to make the game even more rewarding for all members we have opted to only allow 1 prize per person per game period. If a person wins more than one prize in a game period, he or she will receive both medals in the game only and can choose only one of the rewards. Second place player does not receive any rewards in this case. Also, if a person wins a prize, he or she is not eligible to win another for 2 periods after the initial winnings.
Do the prizes we win have any cash value? Can we trade them for different prizes?
Prizes at Street Heist have absolutely NO cash value. There is NO option to trade a prize at any point in any given period unless Corrupt Interactive Inc. is unable to locate and ship the prize within a reasonable amount of time. A max prize shipment time is 6 months. Prizes and shipping are not negotiable.
How do I receive my prize if I win?
We ship all prizes via UPS worldwide shipping. We charge a flat rate of $25.00 USD within North America for shipping and all prizes are FOB Corrupt Interactive Inc., Vancouver, BC, Canada. For all other winners, prize shipping will be estimated at the time of shipping and will be shipped once an International Money Order is received for the shipping of that said prize. Cash Prizes do not require the shipping or handling flat fee but still require a Prize Claim Form to be sent in.
Do I have to pay any duties or taxes for my prizes?
If you live in Canada, there are no duties or taxes on any of the prizes that are shipped out of the Vancouver Warehouse. If you live in the United States, there will be duties at the border for everything you are having shipped or you. Shipping and duties are two separate items. Please contact US Customs for more information on duty coming into the US. This only applies to tangible prizes that need to be shipped.
Who do I contact for more information on how to claim my prize?
First thing to remember is to be patient for your prize. If it seems that you have followed all the directions and you have not received the prizes within the allotted time please contact us at prizes@corruptinteractive.com
